Join me for outdoor therapy or what we call a Walk & Talk. You might struggle to commit to exercise and a healthy diet or, lack motivation and confidence to get out there. Life is busy and sometimes it is hard to find the time to exercise. Whatever your reason, the Walk & Talk will help you achieve multiple goals with one action. We combine mental and physical exercise to feel more in tune with life.

There is also something about being out in the fresh air that is good for our senses, meaning we have more chance of grounding ourselves. The more relaxed we feel, the easier it is to open up. The clearer our thinking is, the more effective our learning of life skills becomes. The more we practice our skills, the easier they are to apply in any situation. Feeling better can start with a simple walk.
